  • International orders may take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Undeliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at info.blissfularoma.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges:

  • Replacement products will be shipped after the damaged item is returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders, sale items, and used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
